What you should know about the Panel:

Legal information

• Panel provider and owner is Rogator AG.
• The data collected is used only for the purposes of market research.
• Personal data will be treated with absolute privacy. Survey data is only evaluated in anonymized form.
• Participation in the panel is voluntary and free of charge. You can unsubscribe at any time, which will result in the immediate deletion of the participant's personal data.
• The consent given during registration to store and process personal information can be revoked at any time.
• There is no legal right to participate in surveys or to be invited to surveys.
• In case of loss or non-receipt of vouchers or e-mails there is no liability claim.
• Redeeming the vouchers is the responsibility of the respective cooperation partners.
• Donations (collected once per quarter or half-year) are duly forwarded to the relevant organisations. The participants do not receive individual donation receipts.
• Minimum age for participation in the panel is 14 years.
• Panel participants must be resident in Germany.

Organisational information

• The declared amount of panel points will only be awarded if you participate in the survey completely.
• If it is discovered during the survey after a few questions that the participant is not part of the target group, there is no automatic right to receive points.
• Each 10 panel points are worth 1 euro.
• From 100 points on, redemption in the form of points or donations is possible.
• Vouchers are usually split into 10 Euro steps
• The available partners for redeeming the panel points are determined by the operator. Changes are possible at any time.
• There is no right to receive a cash payment for the panel points earned.
• If a user logs off from the panel, any panel points that have not been redeemed will be forfeited.
• At intervalls of approx. 12 months, each participant is obliged to check his or her personal details and, if necessary, to change them if requested by e-mail. If this verification is not carried out, the participant can be temporarily excluded from invitations to surveys. If the review is not carried out after a further 12 months, the participant will be excluded from the panel and his/her personal data and the panel points acquired will be deleted.
• The Panel Operator reserves the right not to remunerate individual surveys with panel points but to conduct raffles. The corresponding prizes will be described in the e-mail invitation. After the end of the survey, the winners will be choosen and notified. Legal recourse is excluded in the case of raffles.

Obligatory information

• Only one panel registration per person is allowed.
• The participants agree to fill out the online questionnaires carefully and truthfully and not to deliberately deceive or influence them.
• Employees of Rogator AG are excluded from participation in the Panel.

Protective information

• Your details as a panel member will be treated in accordance with European data protection regulations and the practices of German market research associations.
• Evaluations are carried out only anonymized and are never connected to personal data (such as name or address) of the panel members.
• Personal data will not be passed on to third parties. The surveys are conducted and used only for the purposes of market research.
• Panel members will not receive any e-mails or other messages with advertising content from the panel provider.
